It’s 12th December and halfway to Christmas. In a week, we’ll hand over the keys and be on our way to a new chapter in Norway. Since we are leaving in a week, we can not have a Christmas tree. But I’ve figured out how to make my own little replacement which also smells of Christmas. A champagne bowl of eucalyptus.
It was pretty easy, a lot of eucalyptus, oasis, a Champage bowl, a red ribbon and some fairy lights. What do you think? Smells so good.
I also decorated the rest of the Kitchen with a couple of longer pieces and some red berries.
I needed to cut some of the longer branches to make it a bit more controlled.
How to do it:I put a plate at the bottom of the champagne bowl and to keep the oasis higher. Then I placed to pieces of oasis in the middle and cut the last piece to fit around. After, I filled up the bowl with water. Then it was just to add the eucalyptus, add a ribbon around the bowl and tuck a string of fairy lights into the mix.
What are your plans for decorations in the Kitchen?
